Delete Users
Composer administrators or a user who has been assigned to a group with user management privileges can delete users in Composer or individual Composer tenants.
When Logged In as a Member of the Supervisors Group (v23.4 and Later)
Delete a user (Supervisors group members)
Log in as the supplied admin user (System Administrator) or a member of the Supervisors group. Select System Users to open the Manage Users work area and list all users in your environment.
On the left side of the Manage Users work area, select the name of the user you want to delete and select its delete (
) icon. A warning dialog opens.

Select Delete to remove the user.
The user is removed from the Composer instance and from all Composer tenant accounts to which it is assigned. See also Assign and Remove Users in Composer Tenant Accounts.
When Logged In as an Administrator or a Group User with User Management Privileges (v23.4 and Later)
Modify a user (Administrator group members, group members with user management privileges)

Log in as an administrator or a user who has been assigned to a group with user management privileges.
If the user name you log in with is also associated with other Composer tenants, verify that the correct tenant is selected. See Switch Tenant Accounts.
Select Users and Groups on the UI menu (
). The Users and Groups page appears. It consists of two sections: Users and Groups.
Select Users to see a list of all the users defined for the tenant.
Select the name of the user you want to delete and select its delete (
) icon. A warning dialog opens.

Select Delete to remove the user.
The user is removed from the selected Composer tenant account, but will still exist in the instance and in any other Composer accounts to which it is assigned. See also Assign and Remove Users in Composer Tenant Accounts.
When Logged In as a Supervisor (v23.3 and Earlier)
Composer account administrators, a Composer supervisor, and account users who are assigned to a group with user management privileges can delete user definitions in a Composer account.
Delete a user definition as a supervisor
Log in as a supervisor. The Manage Users page appears, listing all the user definitions in the Composer instance. If you move from this page, you can always access it by selecting Users on the supervisor menu (
).
In the list of users, locate the name of the user you want to delete and select its associated
icon. A warning dialog appears that prompts you to confirm that you want to delete the user.

Select Delete on the warning dialog to remove the user definition.
The user is removed from the Composer instance and from all Composer accounts to which it is assigned. See also Assign and Remove Users in Composer Tenant Accounts.
When Logged In as an Administrator or a Group User with User Management Privileges (v23.3 and Earlier)
